Waste Heat Recovery
Economizer

  • The SCOPEX Economizer is a shell and tube heat exchanger that is specially designed for waste heat recovery from exhaust gases, to aid in energy generation in combination with an ORC.
  • When used in combination with Nat Gas Turbines, waste heat is harnessed and utilized, directly contributing to lowering greenhouse gas emissions.
  • The Economizer assembly consists of:
  • A carbon steel shell that encloses the exhaust gases.
  • A finned tube bundle with serpentine-configured tubes that perform the heat exchange.

SCOPEX brazed plate heat exchanger
  • The SCOPEX Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger has a compact design and provides exceptionally high heat transfer rates.
  • Can be used in many heating and cooling applications, acting as condensers, evaporators, oil or gas coolers, etc.
  • Constructed with Stainless Steel plates and copper brazing, it is highly corrosion resistant.

Scope MFG offers design and fabrication of Pressure Vessels used in Power Generation, Petrochemical, Fertilizers and Refinery projects from carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel materials. We design to function, so if your application requires a process vessel, Expansion vessel, ATM drain tank, Deaerator, knock out drum, expansion tank, Air receiver, separators and filters for Liquids and gases, Sand/particles, Multimedia Cyclone or filter element filters Glycol or anti corrosion liquid containers we can help with all of your specialty vessel needs.

Scope ORC Technology

Our heat capture-to-power technology turns industrial waste heat and geothermal energy directly into clean electricity. It builds on a proven process called the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC), but optmized to make it more efficient and cost-effective.

Here’s how it works: heat from industrial processes or the earth heats a special fluid that boils at low temperatures. The resulting vapor spins a turbine to generate electricity, then cools and recycles in a closed loop—no emissions, no waste.

By unlocking energy from heat that would otherwise be lost, our system creates new, reliable sources of renewable power for industry and utilities alike.
